Jackson Lewis P.C. is seeking a highly organized legal administrative secretary to support multiple labor and employment litigation attorneys in Illinois.
The role requires at least 3 years of litigation secretary experience, with strong document handling, e-filing, calendar management, and client communication skills. You will assist four or more attorneys, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and support billing, time records, and travel arrangements.

The legal secretary supports multiple labor and employment litigation attorneys (4+) by providing a full range of support, including, but not limited to, preparation/revision of correspondence, pleadings and documents; e-file pleadings; conducting legal research; calendar maintenance; and various office and client filing. As an integral part of the team, this team member also is involved with office wide administrative functions.
The successful candidate is a very organized, detail-oriented team player possessing at least 3 years recent litigation secretary experience (including electronic filing).
For Illinois, the expected salary range for this position is between $40.00 and $44.00. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
