The legal secretary will provide support to multiple attorneys by performing a full range of administrative and legal tasks, including, but not limited to, preparing and revising correspondence, pleadings, and documents; maintaining calendars; managing office and client filing; and completing electronic transcription. The successful candidate will type at least 65+ wpm accurately, be a highly organized, detail‑oriented multitasker, and possess at least three years of recent legal secretarial experience, including electronic court filing.
This is a hybrid position.
For Baltimore, MD, the expected salary range for this position is between $39.00 and $49.00 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
