Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks a Research Services Manager - Operations, AI Platforms to lead evaluation, testing, and operational deployment of AI-powered research tools. You’ll coordinate pilots, gather feedback, and advise on platform adoption, working with cross‑functional teams in a large global law firm.

The role requires experience with AI platforms, strong knowledge of legal resources, and excellent communication skills, with a preference for a JD or master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree or JD preferred.
• Minimum of six years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of AI research platforms and feature activation decisions.
• Coordinate testing, pilot programs, and vendor security reviews.
• Collaborate with Innovation & AI, Litigation Services, and other teams.
• Maintain confidential information with strict security controls.
• Promote effective work practices and team collaboration.
