Bloomberg in New York seeks a Project Specialist for Legal, Compliance, and Risk to drive multi-stakeholder projects and adopt AI-enabled workflows. You will coordinate planning, track milestones, risks, and deliverables, while maintaining cross-functional momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years managing complex projects, with strong analytical, communication, and discretion skills and proficiency in MS Office and project tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years coordinating or managing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience tracking milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Working knowledge of AI tools with ability to share best practices.
• Strong judgment, discretion and communication, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and operational support for Legal, Compliance and Risk.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools into workflows.
• Coordinate projects from planning through execution with milestones and risks.
• Anticipate blockers and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution and deliverables.
• Manage and organize legal, compliance and risk documentation.
