Job summary

Nelson Mullins seeks a Senior Matter Mobility Specialist to lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Matter Mobility program. You will serve as the subject matter expert for secure and compliant movement of client and matter information, overseeing projects and driving continuous improvement.

You will partner with attorneys, HR, IT, and staffing partners to support workforce planning, document workflows, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in recruiting coordination, staffing operations, workforce management, or related fields.
Experience supporting contract staffing, contingent workforce programs, or other deadline‑driven environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications and data reporting.
Ability to develop workflows and process documentation while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day administration of recruiting and staffing programs, including candidate management and onboarding/offboarding.
Coordinate recruiting activities with staffing agencies, manage pipelines, interviews, and onboarding processes.
Oversee contractor assignments, billing coordination, reporting, and vendor communications in alignment with firm policies.
Develop workflows, playbooks, templates, and process documentation to improve efficiency and scalability.
Create reports and dashboards on recruiting activity, contractor utilization, and vendor performance.
