• Minimum of three years of attorney recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Summer Associate Program in partnership with the Legal Recruiting Manager and Summer Committee.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation, mentor and office assignments, work allocations, the offer process, and training and professional development programming.
• Plan and execute program events, including social functions, training sessions, and evening events.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of summer associate work assignments and performance evaluations.
• Availability to work extended hours during peak periods and attend summer and fall events as needed.
• Prepare interview schedules for summer associate candidates and coordinate follow-up.
