Sidley Austin LLP in Illinois is seeking a Legal Recruiting Associate Administrator to support law student recruiting and summer associate programs, from initial candidate engagement through post-offer activities.

You will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, plan on-campus and virtual events, and assist with summer program logistics in collaboration with the Legal Recruiting team, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of recruiting experience in a law firm environment or equivalent.
• Law firm experience preferred and law school recruiting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary contact for attorneys and law student candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Schedule screening, callback, and other candidate interviews; coordinate in-office interviews.
• Maintain recruiting databases and candidate records with current information.
• Track interview evaluations, hiring targets, and activity for the Hiring Committee.
• Assist with on-campus, virtual, and in-office recruiting programs and events.
• Coordinate summer program events and orientation logistics.
