Job summary

Winston Staffing is seeking an Assist Legal Talent Office (LTO) professional to support the full lifecycle of legal recruitment and provide administrative assistance to LTO personnel. You will enter and track candidate data in multiple recruiting databases and help coordinate interviews, onboarding, and events.

The role involves coordinating law student recruitment activities, supporting with offer letters, and assisting with summer associate programs, events, and candidate outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting legal recruitment or professional staff is preferred.
• Strong data entry and records management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full life cycle of legal recruitment and provide administrative support to the Talent Office.
• Coordinate summer associate program activities, onboarding, orientation, and events.
• Enter and track candidate data in recruiting databases and related systems.
• Schedule callback interviews and second visits; support candidate outreach and event planning.
• Support with offer letters, onboarding, and general administrative duties in PeopleSoft and other systems.
• Assist with travel coordination and other duties across Talent Management and Associate Development as needed.
