• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and interview scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lateral associate recruiting process, including application review, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Associate Recruiting Manager to support hiring strategies and priorities.
• Prepare recruiting materials, reports, and statistics used to track hiring activity.
• Assist with search firm and vendor relationships, including tracking agreements and fees.
• Provide a responsive, high-quality experience for candidates, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
