Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Job Description:

  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in a variety of roles.
  • Business Development: Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our recruitment services to prospective clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships by understanding their hiring needs, offering strategic talent solutions, and delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize a wide range of sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including job boards, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters and support staff.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine your recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in Legal recruitment or sales within a law firm or a staffing agency (REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field (required)
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to generate new leads and convert them into clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • A proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for sales and recruitment
  • Competitive salary (DOE): $65,000–$85,000
