As part of our growth, we are excited to offer a position on our recruiting team dedicated to sourcing and hiring Hygienists.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with managers to assess staffing needs and develop recruiting plans.
2. Open requisitions and post job openings.
3. Source licensed Hygienists using various recruiting tools, sourcing methods, and social media channels.
4. Screen, qualify candidates, and recommend for interviews.
5. Collaborate with the Academic team to recruit from colleges and universities, and attend job fairs as needed.
6. Manage the candidate selection and interview process.
7. Handle negotiation, closing, and onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, strategic environment; healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with recruiting systems and Excel.
• Ideal candidate resides in central or eastern time zones.
