Role: Legal Receptionist
Status: TTH
Location: Arlington, VA
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30a-5:00p (60 minute unpaid lunch)
Salary: $20-$24/Hour

Job Description
Administrative Assistant Primary Function
This person will be an integral part of the team and will assist with administrative and office functions (strong computer and administrative skills are critical). Do you have an outgoing personality, strong MS Suite experience, and a can-do attitude? This is for you!

Administrative Assistant Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Handle client calls.
  2. MUST have excellent “crystal clear” speaking voice to engage with clients.
  3. MUST have keen “ear” for listening and understanding client needs.
  4. File, email, scan paperwork.
  5. General office shipping, mailing, and receiving.
  6. Assume any additional duties that may be assigned to assist attorneys in the firm.
  7. Have reliable transportation.
Administrative Assistant Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  1. Demonstrates ability to deal effectively with customers.
  2. Ability to listen, understand, and share information and ideas presented through written and verbal communication.
  3. Demonstrates enthusiasm, good attitude, trustworthiness, and personal integrity.
  4. Must be detail-oriented, have good decision-making skills, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  5. Office experience, secretarial, and administrative experience a plus.
Administrative Assistant Experience:
  1. Office Assistant 2 years (Preferred)
Administrative Assistant Education:
  1. Associate (Preferred)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
