Job Description

About the Role: Fragomen’s Business Immigration Coordinator position offers an opportunity to make an immediate impact, with training, development, and long-term growth prospects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support such as organizing mail, scanning documents, and managing case files.
  • Update case statuses, meet deadlines, and communicate progress to supervisors.
  • Maintain legal documents and prepare cases for processing.
  • Learn procedural requirements for various visa petitions and applications.
  • Respond to communications internally and externally.
  • Ensure accuracy and escalate issues proactively.
  • Utilize data management systems like Connect effectively.
  • Implement new processes and adhere to firm standards to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, Paralegal certification, or relevant experience in customer service or professional environments.
  • Strong client service orientation, attention to detail, and high productivity.
  • Experience with computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on proofreading and drafting.
