ABC Legal Services, a premier nationwide legal services company, is seeking independent process servers to deliver legal documents. Work on a flexible schedule across all 50 states, using our mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

Prior process-serving experience helps, but is not required. Responsibilities include organizing routes, meeting recipients, and maintaining a professional demeanor as you work with clients and courts.

• Tech savvy – iPhone/Android app usage.
• Ability to work variable hours – mornings, evenings, weekends.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

• Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance
• Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app
• Ability to scan and print documents
• Ability to work variable hours – Early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server
• State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
