Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking individuals in the United States (area-wide) to deliver legal documents with a flexible schedule. We provide training and a mobile app that lets you claim jobs, map your stops, and track your pay.

We value organization, independence, and personable service. Prior process-serving experience helps but is not required; registration may be required in some states. Work part-time or full-time across the country with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Tech savvy with iPhone/iPad or Android and ability to use a mobile app.
• Ability to scan and print documents.
• Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server.
• State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve.
• Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization.
