Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data entry or order processing (legal or corporate experience is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Process 35–40 orders per day with precision and speed.
• Review and verify that required documents and fees are in place.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and polished.
• Prepare client-specific forms tailored to each firm and case.
• Review final request packages for completeness and professionalism.
• Submit legal documents quickly and accurately to the appropriate courts.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with opposing parties via email.
