Job summary

ARCO is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to own reporting, analytics, and e-billing processes within the Legal Operations team. You will build dashboards, validate data, and drive improvements across the legal tech stack while collaborating across Legal, Finance, and IT partners.

You will enable AI-enabled workflows, maintain QA standards, and help scale operational excellence as ARCO grows in construction operations and related business functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in legal operations, billing, data & reporting, or related ops with ownership of a recurring function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with SQL and a BI tool (Power BI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document work clearly.
• Ability to learn quickly and work across ambiguity with curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring reporting and dashboards for the legal department, delivering metrics on spend, matters, cycle times, and performance.
• Manage e-billing end-to-end in CounselLink; support budgeting, accruals, and spend forecasting.
• Lead QA/QC for AI tools, reports, and workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Administer and support the legal tech stack (NetDocuments, CounselLink, DocuSign, Power BI, AI tools).
• Help scale AI adoption, document processes, and train users across Legal Operations.
