Job summary

Deltek, Inc. is seeking a motivated Legal Operations and Research Intern for Summer 2027 in Herndon, VA. You will evaluate AI-enabled legal software, assist in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights, and contribute to process improvements within the Legal Operations team.

The role requires current university enrollment, strong communication, and familiarity with legal tech, Excel, and data visualization. This internship is US-based and on-site, with compensation described below.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a university degree and enrolled full-time or part-time.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Interest in legal technology, AI tools, and contract lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Review legal software, GenAI, and AI-enabled tools for functionality and adoption.
Support legal reporting and analytics, including dashboards and spend data analysis.
Conduct special projects to improve legal operations and cross-team collaboration.
Benchmark best practices in legal operations and technology adoption.
