Job summary
Fireworks AI in California is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to scale our legal function. You will own the evaluation and implementation of our legal tech stack, stand up our contract lifecycle management system, and connect legal with cross-functional partners who rely on clean contract data.
This build-from-scratch role reports to the General Counsel and offers equity along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of total compensation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant legal operations experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management systems.
- Familiarity integrating legal systems with Salesforce.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with finance and revenue operations.
- AI-enabled mindset to streamline daily workflows.
- Ability to build infrastructure from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage legal tech vendors and service providers.
- Lead implementation and administration of our CLM system.
- Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to ensure our systems deliver the reporting, visibility, and deal insight they need.
- Build and own renewal and contract obligation tracking and related workflows.
- Develop the processes, metrics, and infrastructure a scaling legal function depends on.
