Fireworks seeks a Senior Legal Operations Specialist to scale our legal function by building robust systems and data workflows. You’ll manage the evaluation and deployment of our legal tech stack, stand up contract lifecycle processes, and connect legal with cross‑functional partners to ensure clean data and actionable insights.
You’ll work with sales, finance, and revenue operations to deliver reporting, governance, and efficiency, while shaping scalable infrastructure for a fast‑growing AI
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant legal operations experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management and related systems.
- Familiarity integrating legal systems with Salesforce.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with finance and revenue operations.
- Bias to action and ability to build infrastructure from scratch.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows.

- Evaluate and manage legal tech vendors and service providers.
- Lead implementation and administration of the contract lifecycle management system.
- Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to deliver reporting, visibility, and deal insights.
