You will analyze metrics, build dashboards with IT and Finance, support practice groups, implement technology solutions, and participate in quarterly business reviews; this role offers a hybrid schedule and a path to impact firm-wide operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a law firm, consulting, or corporate legal department.
• Strong data analytics and Excel/BI skills; familiarity with legal technology platforms a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and cross-department collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing, utilization, and matter metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to develop dashboards and operational reports.
• Support practice groups in improving workflow management and client intake systems.
• Help implement technology solutions (CRM, document automation, timekeeping tools).
• Participate in quarterly business reviews and firmwide process-improvement initiatives.
