First Citizens Bank is seeking a Legal Technology & Analytics professional for a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, or Charlotte, NC. You will administer CounselLink, build Power BI dashboards, and drive automation across legal operations, partnering with IT, Finance, FP&A, Procurement, and outside counsel.

The role emphasizes data analytics, process improvement, and enterprise application management within the Legal Operations team, reporting to the Head of Legal Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of Legal Operations or related experience, or 10+ years with alternative paths.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for legal spend, matter management, outside counsel performance, budgeting, and key department metrics.
