Aufgaben

• Provide support for a variety of law-related activities, including legal research to determine scope of requests.
• Analyze and interpret legal language in orders to determine scope, jurisdiction, timeframe, and due dates.
• Review orders for risk and possible liabilities; escalate within guidelines.
• Communicate with Attorneys, Federal and State Agencies, and Law Enforcement.
• Negotiate with firms and coordinate extensions; notify when document production may exceed cost limits.
• Maintain and update files, databases, and legal tracker; monitor case schedules and deadlines.
• Draft correspondence to legal counsel, internal partners and requesters.
• Assist in updating department procedures and onboarding processes.
