Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association seeks a Legal Ops Servicing Specialist in Cincinnati. You will interpret complex legal orders, conduct research, and coordinate with Attorneys, federal and state agencies to ensure accurate processing and compliance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You’ll support training, reporting and onboarding within a structured risk framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Qualified in an American Bar Association approved curriculum.
• Certified Legal Assistant designation or PA exam.
• 1-2 years of related field experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research to determine scope of requests.
• Interpret legal orders for scope, jurisdiction, and due dates.
• Review orders for risk and escalate as needed.
• Communicate with attorneys, agencies, and law enforcement.
• Maintain files, databases and legal tracker; draft correspondence.
• Initiate and remove account holds and process disbursements per orders.
• Assist with department procedures and onboarding.
