Morae seeks an experienced Legal Operations Manager to lead outside counsel management, e-billing and matter governance, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across the legal function.

The role combines deep legal operations expertise with organizational change management, partnering with senior stakeholders to implement policies, technology, training and adoption that deliver measurable savings and stronger compliance.

Formación

• Mandatory Organisational Change Management (OCM) experience.
• Experience in a legal operations role within a law firm, in-house legal dept or professional services.

Responsabilidades

• Lead outside counsel management program including guidelines and governance.
• Own end-to-end legal e-billing program with UTBMS coding and LEDES standards.
• Manage matter management, taxonomy, data governance and migration.
• Design and deliver OCM initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and training.
• Oversee adoption of legal tech solutions and ensure user uptake.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting for legal spend and operations.
• Lead vendor and rate negotiations, SLA management and budgeting.
