RRD is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Operations Supervisor to join our team in Phoenix. This role focuses on setting priorities, supervising a staff of 10+, and deploying resources for diverse requirements.

Work hours are 11:00am–7:00pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties 24/7 and occasional weekends. Salary is $68,000 annually and non-negotiable, with potential for bonus or incentives depending on location and performance.

• Develop and maintain best-in-class project tracking methods.
• Implement processes and tools to increase efficiency and deliver solutions.
• Translate internal partner needs to the design team and ensure expectations are met.
• Manage changes in priorities and implement plans to meet business needs.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Share candidate and internal feedback as appropriate.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on all candidates.
