Selective Insurance is seeking a Legal Operations Supervisor for either our Wayne or Canonsburg, PA or Marlton, NJ staff counsel offices. You will oversee daily operations of the law office, supervise staff, and coordinate with IT, vendors, and Claims.

The role requires knowledge of court rules, strong organizational skills, and experience coordinating legal workflows and budgets. Office leadership and onboarding duties are included.

Competenze

• Knowledge of State and Federal court rules, procedures and filing requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; Experience with legal case management software.
• Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Supervise administrative staff, including performance evaluations, workflow optimization, training needs and assessment. Support development and succession planning.
• Review workflows to ensure alignment with legal and technological changes, suggesting and implementing changes as needed. Ensure compliance with court filing rules and deadlines.
• Oversee office systems and serve as liaison for IT, legal databases and accounts payable. Ensure staff proficiency in key systems and maintain the office procedure handbook.
• Plan and coordinate office events and settlements in cooperation with Claims Managers and Adjusters.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of legal assistants, paralegals, and attorney staff; conduct interviews and training.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the law office; manage timekeeping and implement office policies with leadership.
