You will supervise administrative staff, support the Managing Attorney, coordinate with IT, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Develop staff, plan workflows, and optimize operations across multiple offices. All duties must align with applicable legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of State and Federal court rules, procedures, and filing requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience with legal case management software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff, including evaluations and training.
• Review workflows for legal/tech changes and ensure filing deadlines.
• Oversee office systems and IT liaison; manage budgets and reports.
• Plan events and coordinate with Claims for settlements.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of staff.
• Maintain office procedures and a professional work environment.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and update forms.
