Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Legal Operations Engineer to build proprietary software and AI-driven workflows to enhance the efficiency of the in-house legal team. You will design tools, automate contracts, and integrate our core legal tech stack with enterprise systems while collaborating with Legal Operations and IT to translate legal processes into scalable software.

Required are a CS/Engineering degree and 3+ years in software development or automation, with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related subject area.
3+ years of professional software development or automation engineering experience.
Proven track record to design, implement, and document end-to-end solutions.
Strong programming foundation in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Curiosity and willingness to learn how legal teams operate and how corporate law works.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and document software tools, scripts, and automated workflows for legal department processes.
Integrate CounselLink, Anaqua, and DocuSign CLM with enterprise systems and APIs.
Architect end-to-end solutions for legal intake triage, contract automation, IP operations, and spend analytics.
Collaborate with Legal Operations, attorneys, paralegals, IT, and Finance to translate workflows into scalable software.
Maintain user docs, system architectures, and infrastructure for stability and security.
