Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• 3+ years of professional software development or automation engineering.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions with API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document software tools and automated workflows.
• Integrate CounselLink, Anaqua, and DocuSign CLM with enterprise systems.
• Architect end-to-end solutions for legal intake, contracts, and spend analytics.
• Collaborate with Legal Ops, attorneys, and IT/Finance to translate workflows.
• Maintain user docs and system architectures for stability and security.
