Qualifications

• Must have leadership and strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of legal operations, technology, and process improvement in litigation is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Familiarity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with legal tech and case management software (e.g., Litify).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of legal assistants and paralegals across active matters.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff; guide performance and workload.
• Develop policies and best practices to standardize workflows firmwide.
• Partner with attorneys to staff against deadlines and discovery demands.
• Monitor case management systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, tech use, and training.
