Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior legal operations or similar leadership role.
• Experience scaling a plaintiff’s litigation practice.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal operations, tech, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with legal regulatory requirements and case management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of legal staff across active matters.
