Thompson Law in Dallas is seeking a seasoned Litigation Operations Supervisor to optimize our firm's operational efficiency and grow a high-performing team. You will mentor staff, manage workflow across departments, and lead initiatives that improve processes and client service.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of personal injury practice, strong leadership, and experience implementing legal technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Information Technology, or related field.
5–7 years of progressive experience in legal operations or a leadership role within a law firm, preferably in personal injury.
Demonstrated leadership with ability to motivate, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Proven track record of implementing and optimizing legal processes.
Proficiency with legal case management software and MS Excel.
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, coach, and mentor a team of legal operations professionals; conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
Guide the team in leveraging legal technology to maximize productivity and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain KPIs and operational metrics; generate reports for leadership.
Assist in creating and enforcing firm-wide operational policies and procedures.
Lead operational projects, delegate tasks, and ensure on-time completion within scope and budget.
Support compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements.
