SHOE SHOW, INC. in Concord, NC seeks an experienced Legal Department Administrator to manage day-to-day contract administration and support the Chief Legal Officer.

The role drives efficiency through contract lifecycle management, policy governance, and streamlined workflows with internal teams and external counsel. You will oversee contract preparation, approvals, and renewals, maintain electronic and physical files, and coordinate with Finance on invoices and billing codes.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience providing administrative support in a law firm or legal department setting.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing a Contract Lifecycle Management tool.
• At least 2 years’ experience preparing and drafting corporate records.
• At least 2 years’ experience preparing responses to subpoenas and discovery responses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Chief Legal Officer, Paralegals, and Department heads to streamline contract processes, including preparation, approval, maintenance, and renewal.
• Maintain and expand the automated contract workflow system (e.g., Agiloft) and oversee approval, execution, and storage of company contracts.
• Catalog existing contracts and company policies.
• Provide guidance on contract processes, status updates, and company policies with internal stakeholders.
• Be primarily responsible for day-to-day maintenance and tracking of contract requests.
