Jerry.ai is seeking a skilled legal operations professional to own projects end-to-end, optimize legal workflows with AI and low-code tools, and drive compliance across the company. You will work directly with the Legal Counsel to tackle research, contract reviews, and complex escalations in a fast-paced startup environment.

This role offers remote-friendly, full-time employment with options for in-person collaboration at select offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a record of high performance.
• Track record of owning projects from start to finish and solving problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate legal processes using AI and low-code tools.
• Handle recurring filings, deadlines, and audits with precision.
• Collaborate with Legal Counsel on research, contract reviews, and projects.
• Investigate escalations, root-cause analysis, and create compliance training.
• Review products for regulatory risk and coordinate with Engineering and Product to fixes.
• Lead audits across operations and monitor high-risk areas.
