Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience supporting legal operations, legal departments, or related services.
• Experience with legal matter management, e-billing or contract lifecycle systems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience driving or supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with data, reports, and metrics for operational decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to learn new systems easily.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and compliance.
• General knowledge of soccer and the ability to connect micro details to macro goals.

Responsibilities

• Own our document management system and ensure proper storage, naming, and organization.
• Develop and maintain a cross-functional contract database.
• Receive and route physical legal mail.
• Identify, assess, and implement improved legal processes and drive adoption.
• Document processes with workflow diagrams for stakeholder clarity.
• Manage intake, routing, prioritization, and tracking of legal requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to align legal processes with business needs.
• Maintain the company's intranet knowledge spaces and keep them current.
