Job summary

Baker Donelson is seeking a Legal IT Project Coordinator to coordinate department and enterprise level technology projects within the Information Technology group. This role reports to the Director of PMO and supports the PMO’s strategic and administrative goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring project scope, schedule, and budgets, producing status reports for management, and helping to improve PMO practices.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree or demonstrable experience.
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
• Project management certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Microsoft Project management and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department and enterprise level technology projects.
• Provide project status information to management.
• Participate in improving PMO practices, policies, and procedures.
• Support PMO activities and PMO education initiatives.
• Generate reports for project stakeholders and management.
• Adapt to changing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
