Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and litigation before the IURC and courts, including discovery and filings.
• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts.
• Support research and analysis of legal questions across various areas of law.
• Help manage legal software tools used by the department.
