Currently pursuing a law degree (1L/2L) with strong writing, research, and organizational skills is ideal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases, plus excellent editing and communication skills, are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a law degree from an accredited law school, preferably a 1L or 2L student.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal research databases.
• Excellent reading, writing, and grammatical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research: Perform basic legal research and analysis to support legal matters and business needs.
• Draft legal documents: Assist in preparing and revising legal documents and written materials.
• Maintain legal records: File, organize, and manage legal documentation.
• Review content for accuracy: Edit documents and perform fact-checking activities.
• Support daily operations: Complete administrative tasks and assist the in-house legal team with ongoing priorities.
