Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Screen inbound calls to identify potential clients and viability.
• Assess viability of intake opportunities during screening.
• Assist in locating missing/unreachable clients as directed by management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
