Job summary

Yampaglia Law is seeking an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients in a dynamic law firm. You will manage inbound inquiries, conduct initial client screenings, collect case details, and schedule consultations with attorneys.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service or legal support, strong communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with MS Office and case management software. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in customer service, client intake, legal support, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and referral requests.
• Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather relevant client and case information.
• Assess prospective matters based on firm guidelines and criteria.
• Schedule consultations between prospective clients and attorneys.
• Enter and maintain client information in the case management system.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding documentation and case status.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and firm records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to onboard clients.
• Monitor intake performance metrics and assist with reporting.
