You will handle new client sign-ups, create client files in our law management software, and gather essential documents, collaborating with the case management team to ensure smooth intake and follow-up.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of legal experience, preferably in personal injury law.
• Inbound sales call or intake experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of personal injury law.
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English.
• Self-motivated and supremely organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer all communications from Possible New Clients, including after hours.
• Complete new client sign-ups.
• Create New Client cases in law management software.
• Gather and store client documents.
• Work with the case management team.
• Secondary reception Team member.
• Handle special assignments for case management and litigation paralegals.

Busy Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Intake Specialist. The ideal candidate will have an upbeat personality, a positive attitude, and be a team player. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are a must, as you are the first point of contact for all potential new clients. Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish.

Compensation:

$23 - $25 hourly
