Position Overview

We are seeking an empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Legal Intake Specialist to join our expanding team.

In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting our mass tort and specialized sex abuse cases. You will be responsible for gathering critical information, verifying claimant details, and ensuring accurate data entry within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

• Client Liaison: Manage high-volume inquiries and guide potential claimants compassionately through the initial legal intake and evaluation process.
• Case Support: Assist with the administration, tracking, and documentation of mass tort and sensitive claims.
• Data Verification: Authenticate and cross-reference crucial claimant details to maintain case file integrity.
• System Management: Launch, update, and manage case profiles within our legal case management system, Smart Advocate.
• Document Processing: Scan, index, and digitally route incoming mail to the appropriate departments and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience: Demonstrated success in a customer service role, with experience handling high call volumes or complex client intake.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with computer databases, digital scanning technology, and basic legal software packages.
