Legal Intake Specialist (Personal Injury – File Opening) – Aventura, FL (In-Office)

Rafaeli Law, PLLC is a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to assist with opening and setting up new client files after cases are signed.

This role is ideal for someone with personal injury experience who is organized, efficient, and understands the importance of properly setting up a case from day one.

Compensation

• $40,000/year (based on experience)
• Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding law firm

Location & Schedule

• In-office – Aventura, FL
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Open and set up new client files after retainers are signed
• Enter and organize all case information in the firm’s CRM/case management system
• Ensure all required documents are collected and properly saved
• Verify the accuracy of client information, insurance details, and accident facts
• Send welcome emails and initial documentation to clients
• Coordinate with intake, case managers, and attorneys for a smooth case onboarding
• Maintain organized and compliant digital files
