BlackCode, a high-growth enterprise AI company transforming how global businesses manage contracts, is seeking a Legal Implementation Specialist Lead in New York. The role offers ownership of delivery standards, team development and scaling enterprise AI implementations globally.

You'll lead, mentor and coach a team of Implementation Specialists, oversee complex SaaS deployments from discovery to go-live, and collaborate across Product, Customer Success and other teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, professional services, customer delivery or LegalTech.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations across multiple stakeholders, functions and integrations.
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing implementation or professional services teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior enterprise clients.
• Experience in solution design, workflow configuration, project delivery and managing implementation risks.
• Understanding of commercial processes, approvals and contracts, or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge.
• Interest in AI and how it can improve business processes and enterprise workflows.

Legal Implementation Specialist Lead to join a high-growth enterprise AI company transforming how global businesses manage, negotiate and process contracts arisen.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced enterprise implementation professional looking to take greater ownership of delivery standards, develop a team and play an important role in scaling enterprise AI implementations globally.

The role will be based in New York with 3 days/week on site and is paying $130,000–$140,000, plus bonus based on your own performance.

As the Legal Implementation Specialist Lead, you will be:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Implementation Specialists, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across enterprise customers.
• Overseeing complex enterprise SaaS implementations, from discovery and solution design through to configuration, go-live and customer adoption.
• Working closely with senior customer stakeholders to understand business processes, challenge requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Reviewing solution designs and configurations to ensure they are scalable, practical and aligned with customer needs.
• Managing delivery risks, escalations, resource planning and competing priorities across multiple customer implementations.
• Developing implementation standards, processes and best practices to improve delivery quality, efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Collaborating with Product, Customer Success and other teams to improve the overall customer experience.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, professional services, customer delivery or LegalTech.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations, ideally involving multiple stakeholders, business functions, workflows and integrations.
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing implementation or professional services teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior enterprise clients and challenge existing processes.
• Experience in solution design, workflow configuration, project delivery and managing implementation risks.
• An understanding of commercial processes, approvals and contracts, or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge.
• An interest in AI and how it can improve business processes and enterprise workflows.

Experience from enterprise software companies specialising in contract management (CLM), workflow automation, procurement, LegalTech or broader B2B SaaS solutions would be particularly relevant.

You must be able to work in the U.S, New York without any future sponsorship requirements.
