Job summary

BlackCode, a high-growth enterprise AI company transforming how global businesses manage contracts, is seeking a Legal Implementation Specialist Lead in New York. The role offers ownership of delivery standards, team development and scaling enterprise AI implementations globally.

You'll lead, mentor and coach a team of Implementation Specialists, oversee complex SaaS deployments from discovery to go-live, and collaborate across Product, Customer Success and other teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in enterprise SaaS implementations, professional services, customer delivery or LegalTech.
• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations across multiple stakeholders, functions and integrations.
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing implementation or professional services teams.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior enterprise clients.
• Experience in solution design, workflow configuration, project delivery and managing implementation risks.
• Understanding of commercial processes, approvals and contracts, or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge.
• Interest in AI and how it can improve business processes and enterprise workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of Implementation Specialists to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Overseeing complex enterprise SaaS implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Engaging senior stakeholders to understand processes and design effective solutions.
• Reviewing designs/configurations for scalability and alignment with needs.
• Managing delivery risks, resource planning and competing priorities.
• Developing standards, processes and best practices to improve outcomes.
• Collaborating with Product and Customer Success to enhance the customer experience.
