Job summary

Altor Partners Limited seeks a high-impact Implementation Leader to guide a team of seven consultants through onboarding and scale operations for enterprise SaaS deployments.

You will own the delivery approach, ramp new hires and navigate big-company stakeholders while partnering with Product to translate customer insight into fast shipping.

Qualifications

• Proven people management experience in implementation or professional services.
• Hands-on background with B2B SaaS implementations beyond a 30-day setup.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coach a team through complex enterprise deals.
• Experience scaling teams through change in a smaller company with multiple hats.
• Comfort with technical concepts and collaboration with engineers and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop your team with 1:1s and career plans.
• Evolve delivery for complex, integration-heavy enterprise implementations.
• Own ramp for new hires to front-line customer work.
• Coach through large stakeholders and consensus decisions.
• Step in to steer projects back on track with the customer.
• Track live-time, hypercare, NPS, escalations; feed learnings to Product/Leadership.

What you'll own:

What we’re looking for:

• People management experience in implementation or professional services attitude and drive

• A hands-on background in B2B SaaS implementations that go well beyond a 30-day setup:
• integrations, business analysis, workflow configuration
• Serious organization and strong project management skills
• Experience helping a team scale through change ideally at a smaller company where you wore
• many hats
• Comfort with the tech (you won't need to be an engineer - technical specialists support the team)

What's in it for you:

A base salary of $160,000-$180,000 plus a 15% annual bonus tied to company performance, a 401(k) with company match, and 15 days’ PTO on top of 8 scheduled and 5 flexible holidays.

The role is fully remote with a preference that candidates are based on the East Coast, with quarterly in-person meetups that bring the whole team together.
