ProspectBlue is partnering with a Richmond, VA law firm to hire a Legal Experience Management Assistant for its Marketing & Business Development (MBD) team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate information within the firm’s Foundation business intelligence system and providing administrative support to the Legal Experience Management function.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a professional services or legal environment preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work overtime with short notice when needed.
  • Ability to perform essential job functions, including extended periods of computer and keyboard use, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Review daily data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify incomplete or inaccurate records and coordinate follow-up as needed.
  • Assist with data collection processes, quality standards, and ongoing audits.
  • Support the matter experience intake process, including data entry, attorney follow-up, Experience inbox management, and matter accreditation submissions.
  • Collaborate with the MBD team and other departments to enhance attorney and profile data for marketing and business development opportunities.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
