Trustpoint.one is pleased to be supporting a top AmLaw-ranked law firm in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Legal Executive Assistant to support a dynamic team of Commercial Litigation Partners on a direct hire basis.This is a hybrid opportunity offering both flexibility and the chance to work alongside some of the most respected legal professionals in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive and legal administrative support to multiple Commercial Litigation Partners.
  • Prepare and file legal documents in both state and federal courts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to filing deadlines.
  • Manage complex and heavy attorney calendars, including scheduling depositions, court dates, client meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle legal billing using firm systems and assist with time entry review and invoice processing.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness lists, and court binders, as well as coordinating logistics.
  • Use legal technology platforms such as Chrome River, InTapp, and Concur for expense management, new matter intake, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality while managing sensitive case information and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of legal executive assistant experience in commercial litigation required.
  • Expertise in state and federal court filing procedures, including electronic filing (eFiling).
  • Advanced knowledge of legal billing, calendaring, and litigation support processes.
  • Proficiency with Chrome River, InTapp, and Concur systems strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach to supporting senior attorneys.
