Job Description
The Executive Assistant provides executive administrative support and coordinates projects. This includes managing logistics and operations for events and helping meet departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5-7 years of administrative experience supporting senior executives, preferably supporting multiple individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Professional, courteous demeanor
- Flexible schedule as needed
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups

Essential Functions
- Support senior leadership with administrative tasks
- Assist board-level volunteers with planning meetings and developing communications
- Coordinate scheduling, agendas, and materials for meetings
- Manage correspondence and act as point of contact for senior leaders
- Support event planning and on-site coordination
- Prepare reports, rosters, agendas, minutes, and spreadsheets, often of a confidential nature
- Handle procurement, contracts, and payment requests
- Arrange travel and process expenses
- Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and forecasts
- Maintain electronic filing systems and organize workspaces
- Resolve administrative issues and support additional projects as needed
